About the Job

Organize and facilitate internal credit committees, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making within the team.

Handle the post-credit committee process, including reviewing questions raised by credit committee members and drafting minutes that capture key discussions and decisions.

Provide support in KPI reporting and communication, ensuring timely and accurate data sharing with stakeholders.

Contribute to MCR's trainings and methodologies, helping to develop and refine best practices in credit risk management.

Support first-level investment compliance checks and risk management, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain and update MCR internal tools for risk appraisal and monitoring, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.

Assist in the Watch List process, including updates of the MCR Risk Monitoring Tool, information requests to Markets Analysts, first-level analysis, and overall support to the MCR team on operational tools.

Provide support to team members in the management of workout cases, ensuring effective resolution and closure.

Prepare monthly reporting on risk and recovery trends and results, providing actionable insights for business development and strategic decision-making.

Your Qualification

* We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional individual with a strong background in finance and credit risk management. Key qualifications include:
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance-related field;

• Strong interest in impact investing and social responsibility;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications;

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is highly valued;

• Valid work permit for the selected location.
