About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Steward to join our Credit Data Management team at ABN AMRO. As a Data Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our credit data, supporting business stakeholders, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data quality issues and determine requirements for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, monitor progress, and track resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes, controls, and IT systems to maintain minimum data quality standards for corporate lending.
  • Conduct data analyses and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, system development, and control optimization.
Working Environment

You will work in our Amsterdam office, part of the Credit Data Quality team within Financing Solutions/Corporate Banking. Our team collaborates closely with Credit Grids/IT to improve data and systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, or data-related field.
  • Experience in corporate lending, finance, or risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Proven experience in data management and data analysis.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data management processes and data governance (or willingness to learn).
