About Fugro
We are a global organisation seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to enhance our digitalisation journey. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and implementing our Information Security policy across the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing risk assessments to inform policy maintenance and ensure adherence to Fugro's Information Security standards;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to identify information security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other key stakeholders to drive information security awareness and adoption;
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of information security awareness;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of incident response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity;
- Evaluate and recommend information security technologies and solutions to support business objectives;
- Ensure compliance with relevant information security regulations and industry standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework;
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance information security awareness and skills within the organisation;
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a similar role within a global organisation;
- Proven knowledge of information security industry standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework;
- CISM certificate or willingness to acquire it within 12 months; ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certificate is considered an asset;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal;
