About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Senior Art Director to join our team at INDG. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality 3D visualizations for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for 3D visualizations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and artists, to bring projects to life.
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of 3D visualization, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our deliverables meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of 3D visualizations.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, with a deep understanding of composition, lighting, and art direction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of artists and designers.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
