About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Senior Art Director to join our team at INDG. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality 3D visual content for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for 3D visualizations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into compelling 3D visual content.
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced 3D artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and develop 3D visual content that accurately represents their products and values.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of 3D visualizations.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, with a deep understanding of composition, lighting, and art direction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of artists.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
