Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer visits to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to maximize the value of our products.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and implement sales targets and strategies within operating budgets.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience in industries such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, or centrifugal compressors.
- Strong mechanical technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in sales, preferably in a technical industry.
- Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a keen willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Valid driving license.
