About the Role

As a key member of the Global HR team at Rituals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless user experiences for local HR teams and end-users of our HR systems. Collaborating closely with the Centres of Expertise, local HR teams, and HR Process Experts, you will identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging your expertise to drive scalable solutions that enhance global collaboration and productivity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a global process framework, ensuring fact-based decision-making and adherence to global standards.
  • Manage workload with the Global HR Process Excellence team to ensure smooth project delivery and feasible workloads.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, discuss new system releases, and provide strategic input.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to translate their vision and best practices into actionable plans.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Global HR processes, systems, and guidelines, navigating organizational changes effectively.
  • Lead a team of 9 HR Process Experts working across various HR domains.
  • Report to the Director HR Global Operations & Services.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree and over 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and HR solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of legislation, process coordination, reporting, compliance, HR systems, and procedures.
  • Strong project, stakeholder, and change management experience.
  • A strong customer orientation and the ability to build a service-centered culture.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally and in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to identify training needs and deliver 1:1 coaching.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Excellent people management and staff development skills.
