About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Process Excellence Manager to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a global process framework to ensure consistency and efficiency across all HR domains.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Process Excellence team to prioritize and manage workload, ensuring smooth project delivery and feasible workloads.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and new releases on current systems to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with the Centres of Expertise to understand and translate their vision and best practices, and bring them to life.
  • Act as an ambassador for Global HR processes, systems, and guidelines, navigating organizational changes and driving excellence.
  • Lead a team of 9 HR Process Experts working in different HR domains.
  • Report to the Director HR Global Operations & Services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree and over 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and HR solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of legislation, coordination of processes, reporting, compliance, HR systems & procedures.
  • Strong Project-, stakeholder-, and change management experience.
  • A strong customer orientation and the ability to build a service-centered culture.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally and in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to identify training needs & deliver 1:1 coaching.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Excellent people management & staff development skills.
