About This Opportunity

At Just Eat Takeaway, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global process excellence efforts. This exciting role will focus on driving operational improvements across the organization, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining processes for restaurant partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of process specialists, collaborating closely with Sales, AMs, P&T, WFM, and CS leadership teams to identify priorities and drive initiatives forward. Strong stakeholder engagement is crucial in this role, as you'll need to regularly update and shape strategy with global cross-functional leadership teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending opportunities to enhance global policies and processes guiding agent interactions with customers, restaurants, grocery, and delivery partners
  • Contributing to the design of channel and contact strategies across all Lines of Business, incorporating technology and personalization capabilities
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through engagement and best practice sharing within the CS organization, including senior stakeholder insights forums
  • Addressing problem areas and improving efficiencies, meeting business goals and timelines while focusing on optimizing E2E journeys
  • Collaborating with other JET teams (e.g., Product, Tech, delivery ops, Sales) to ensure joined-up policies and processes are developed and implemented consistently, with local market nuances considered where necessary
  • Using data and insights to inform decision-making and shape future priorities and opportunities
