We zoeken Senior Consultants met senior stakehouderbeheer- en complexe projectuitvoerervaring die plezier beleven aan verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor projectuitvoer.

Jouw taak

Als deskundige Senior Consultant heb je eindverantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere projecten/programma's binnen één van onze expertisegebieden. Jouw missie: onze klanten bedienen door hoogwaardige uitvoering te realiseren binnen gestelde tijdramingen en budgetten.

  • Leden van projectteams ontmoet en een projectplan opstelt.
  • Aktief bijdragen aan gesprekken over innovatieve manieren om de doelen van klanten beter te behalen.

Data & Credits Consultancy : procesontwikkeling en implementatie van technologie om klant- en kredietgegevens vast te leggen
Krediet gerelateerde regelgeving assesseren, nieuwe kreditregels implementeren
RWA-reductieprojecten
Voorspelbare leningstrajecten ontwikkelen (bv proces, werkprocessen en technologie)
Digital & Payments Consultancy : Process digitization, Design and implementation of client-facing capabilities, design and implementation of employee-facing capabilities, design and implementation of payment solutions
Sustainability Consultancy : Change governance design for sustainability-related topics, Impact assessment, design and implementation of Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR), design and implementation of strategic sustainability initiatives such as the Climate Plan and ESG initiatives, advice on current or future change agendas and support for launching new change initiatives.
Regulatory & Compliance Consultancy : Impact assessments for new regulations, changes to existing regulations or major policy changes, design and implementation of new and existing regulations, compliance transformation, design and implementation of improved and automated processes for life cycle management
Organizational Change & Growth Consultancy : Management consulting, organisational transformations, integrations after a merger or acquisition, setting up partnerships and dismantling business units
Sales & Operational Excellence Consultancy : Service model design (non-IT), client segmentation, design and implementation of processes, process optimisation and process mining, business scans, implementation of Lean Management System capabilities

Jouw profiel

Jij bent een sterke conceptuele denker en expert in jouw gebied van expertise. Jij brengt een hand-on mentality, een drive om te veranderen en te verbeteren. Als een zeer ervaren professional neem jij een onafhankelijke benadering voor je werk. Je hebt excellente communicatieve vaardigheden, bent resultaatgericht en oplossing gefocust. Daarnaast heb je verschillende competenties waarbij je blijft leren en groeien. Hiervoor beschik je minimaal over 10 jaar professionele ervaring als consultant of specialist op het gebied van IT. Deze ervaring heeft geleid tot een brede basiskennis van bepaalde activiteiten. Het vermogen om informatie te analyseren en makkelijk digitaal communiceren. En ook het vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren maken van jouw krachten. Benieuwd naar de salarisbeschrijving en hoe dit kan worden bereikt?

Salaris

We bieden je een brutojaarsalaris tussen € 94.383,- en € 164.507,- per jaar. Een sausbudget van 11% van je salaris zorgt ervoor dat je extra nodige middelen hebt. Hiermee kun je dit verder inkopen in het Benefit Shop. Bovendien staat er een vaste datum voor een vierdaagse kerstweek gratis Verder geniet je van 7 weken betaald vacationper jaar. Je kunt hier nog eens 4 weken extra verdienen. Tot slot kun je een zelfbedrijfshulpbetaling bedragen van €1.000 per jaar incasseren.

Op Amsterdam Zuid vindt onze hoofdvestiging zich. Deze ga je dagelijks bezoeken en wegens belangrijke wijzigingen aan flexibel thuiswerken. Doordat alle eerste contacten virtueel kunnen gebeuren omdat je na instellen van meldingen eenvoudig bekend zal zijn,
