Job Description

As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvements within our Operations department. You will analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include project management, policy development, and leadership. You will also be responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and advise on improvement initiatives, including conducting feasibility studies and creating project plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, monitor progress, and ensure cohesion between projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coach colleagues, and contribute to the development of expertise within the organization.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in project and program management. A HBO/WO working and thinking level with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is required. Strong analytical skills and experience with change management are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is €3923 - €5746 per month (based on a 36-hour workweek). Additionally, you will receive a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, 8.33% holiday allowance, year-end bonus, 144 vacation hours, and 57 personal leave hours. You will also have access to an online platform with free courses and training, as well as a close-knit team where collegiality and collaboration are key.
