What will you do?As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will coordinate continuous improvement projects within Operations. You will analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency. Acting as a program manager, you will monitor progress and advise the Operations Leadership Team (CLT) on results and further implementation. Your role will encompass project management, policy development, and leadership. Additionally, you will implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the department.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Preparation and Advice: You will identify improvement opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and create project plans. You will advise the CLT on improvement initiatives.
- Project Management: You will lead continuous improvement projects, monitor progress, and ensure cohesion between projects. You will make adjustments as needed and manage budgets.
- Leadership: You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, coach colleagues, and contribute to the development of expertise within the organization.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- HBO/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) working and thinking level with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma;
- Experience in project and program management, preferably in an operational environment;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with change management;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary between €3923 and €5746 (FWG scale 55) based on a 36-hour workweek;
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
- 8.33% holiday allowance and year-end bonus;
- 144 vacation hours and 57 personal leave hours (based on a 36-hour workweek);
- Travel allowance in accordance with the collective agreement and a pension plan through the Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
