At ING, we are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in the Wholesale Banking division. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lean, Agile, and Change Management, with experience in IT and the Wholesale Banking industry. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is required, as well as fluency in Dutch and English (C2 level) and current residency in the Netherlands.
The salary for this position is approximately €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The benefits package includes a 36 or 40 hour workweek, individual leave, diversity leave, CSR days, a 13th month salary, holiday payment, individual savings contribution, mobility card, and attractive pension scheme.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising squads, individual squad members, and other stakeholders within the Delivery Organisation to improve their skills and performance. You will lead the desired change to create maximum performance in every aspect and effectively detect and solve problems that impede this.
You will train squads and challenge them to continuously improve their way of working. Your efforts will focus on creating high-performing teams through challenging, coaching, and inspiring content and processes via an active role towards team members and management.
This includes:
- Challenging relevant stakeholders to improve their way of working
- Creating collaboration mechanisms between all squads, PO, etc. to ensure alignment between respective stakeholders
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and collaboration of squads, providing methods to solve these problems
You will stimulate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation. You will be aware of the latest developments and trends with regard to Lean, Agile, Change Management, and translate this into practical ways of working. You will ensure that your teams apply this way of working as a team and as individuals.
