In this dynamic position, you will join the Operations Team within Digital Technologies, focusing on Commercial Operations and Infrastructure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders both within and outside the business unit to guarantee that our released product framework is effectively managed, maintained, and readily accessible to customer-facing teams at all times. This role serves as a crucial liaison for all organizational segments regarding the comprehension of our released products and bundles.
Daily Responsibilities
• Facilitate coordination and support for Commercial Operations within the Digital Technologies Business Unit, engaging with stakeholders across Medtronic as necessary.
• Oversee and manage the released product infrastructure for the Business Unit.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of operational mechanisms and procedures within Digital Technologies.
• Track program/project/system status, budgets, and timelines concerning commercial operations initiatives.
• Utilize expertise in commercial operations to aid in the formulation, execution, and management of program/system guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Collect and compile data for reporting purposes as needed.
• Provide technical assistance, which may encompass program/system training, documentation, data extraction, review, tracking, and collation.
Essential Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Background in Operations, Project Management, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in the medical device sector, particularly in commercial operations, enablement, governance, or supply chain functions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Medtronic systems such as SAP, Ariba, Daisy, and Concur.
• Experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate workflows, and other Microsoft work management applications.
• Six Sigma certification or experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
