Job Overview

As an Export Intercompany Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations by ensuring the swift delivery of our products to Emerging Market Countries. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers in various regions and will be responsible for smooth order and shipment processes.

You will create and monitor stock transfer orders, deliveries, shipments, and lead-times in our ERP systems. Additionally, you will provide daily/weekly information about open orders, deliveries, and shipments to distribution centers.

Your responsibilities will also include service complaint follow-up with detailed root cause investigation and timely resolving of complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers in Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India, Asia Pacific, China, and Latin America
  • Responsible for smooth order and shipment processes and communication
  • Create and monitor stock transfer orders, deliveries, shipments at different stages in the process
  • Monitor lead-times in ERP systems
  • Aging orders and providing daily/weekly information about open orders, deliveries, and shipments to distribution centers
  • Service complaint follow-up with detailed root cause investigation and timely resolving of complaints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • 2+ years' experience in export-related customer care/service, order management or logistics
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Customer focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office and ERP systems)
  • Pro-active approach, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
