Drive Agile Transformation as a Senior Scrum Master

As a highly experienced Scrum Master, you will play a key role in shaping the Agile transformation of our organization. You will be a trusted partner to the Agile Coach and act as a sparring partner for Agile role holders, promoting an understanding of the Scrum framework within the Scrum Team and the organization.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will be accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enabling them to develop their practices within the Scrum framework. This includes facilitating and delivering inspiring workshops and training courses to cultivate an improvement culture.

  • Act as a strong advocate for Agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the Scrum Team to stay committed to the principles of Scrum, ensuring the framework is consistently followed.
  • Inspire and encourage team members to think differently, promoting innovative solutions.
  • Guide the team to achieve its full potential through personal growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of organization-wide Agile initiatives.
Requirements
  • 25-35 hours availability per week;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with Agile experience;
  • Required Agile certificates: PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I;
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Experience working with value streams and complex organizations;
  • Candidates should have exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with business development and value stream mapping is a plus.
