About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead in Mechatronics to lead our team of mechatronic design engineers in developing innovative solutions for our Reticle Masking modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, solid experience as a Scrum Master, and excellent leadership skills.


Responsibilities



  • Progress tracking in the team and identifying impediments by facilitating and running various Agile ceremonies, including progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage disturbances and delays in the team.
  • Create an environment where the team pro-actively reports their delays and holds them accountable while helping them solve the situation.
  • Develop scenarios for solving delays or absorbing unplanned work and discuss them with stakeholders.
  • Understand and apply ASML processes and practices (e.g., PGP, TPD, Configuration Management).
  • Maintain close contacts with stakeholders across departments and understand their needs.
  • Coach team members towards building a high-performing team.
  • Remove team impediments and contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency in team workflows.
  • Get involved in technical details and decision-making within the team.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive the Agile Release Train forward.

Requirements



  • Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level with a strong background in engineering.
  • Experience leading a team in a product development environment.
  • ADM experience is mandatory.
  • Mechnatronic integration skills are highly beneficial.
  • Excellent people management skills, including coaching and motivating individuals to develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and stakeholders.
