About the Role
This HR Generalist position plays a critical role in partnering with business leaders to support the business strategy and growth through the successful delivery of the HR agenda. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with the Health Wealth & Career (HWC) and Corporate leaders in the Netherlands to implement best practices and manage initiatives to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, HR operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development and total rewards.
- Work closely with the HR Centres of Expertise (COEs), Talent Advisors and HR Services to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.
- Manage performance issues and provide guidance on effective coaching and counselling.
- Lead disciplinary and exit processes ensuring actions meet company and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate with Global Mobility team and Finance team to provide documentation and support for immigration cases, tax issues etc.
- Support strategy and initiatives in country initiated globally and by the business locally.
- Serve as a local resource on work/life balance issues; coordinate with managers on alternative work arrangements and lead best place to work initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR generalist role with a focus on employee relations, HR operations and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide guidance on effective coaching and counselling.
