Job Title: Client Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Officer to join our team at GP-Connect. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner, coach, and advisor for clients in general HR topics.
  • Act as point of contact for managers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with our clients and employees.
  • Schedule regular visits to our clients to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate a smooth communication.
  • Initiate and manage change processes.
  • Understand the client's hiring needs, calendar, and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant subject.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Min. 1-2+ years of expertise in a HR/Project Management or similar role.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to manage several projects/priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solver, who is able to think out of the box.
  • Flexibility - Responsive to change and able to demonstrate adaptability.
  • Start-up mindset and knowledge of Dutch Labour Law are a plus.
  • Living in the surrounding of Breda, the Netherlands.
