About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs across the mobile app and website.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure data quality by managing event tracking through Google Analytics.
  • Create and manage dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Support app and e Commerce projects from concept through completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with the Google Stack (Google Analytics, Big Query, Firebase, Google Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools (DAX, Power BI, Databricks) is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
