About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with Dutch language expertise to join our team at AMS. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in assisting Hiring Managers in filling open positions by providing expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitments for the roles at Teva Production Site in Haarlem, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation
  • Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates
  • Building strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process
  • Providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Using knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy
Requirements
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Expertise in various creative Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, social media, advertising and database searching)
  • Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
