Job Title: Sr. HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Administrator to join our team at VistaPrint. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage HR administration, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver HR projects and initiatives, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR systems and software.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
