Job Title: Sr. HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Administrator to join our team at VistaPrint. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Proven experience in HR software and systems, including AFAS, Blueprint, Protime, AG5, Confluence, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
