About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Reporting and Risk Management Lead to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Tribe Business Lending organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the safe and sound management of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic business reports to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Oversee and improve risk management activities and knowledge within the Tribe Business Lending organization
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap to maximize business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to process control standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team of data analysts and risk officers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, risk management)
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior business intelligence or risk management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving risk management practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
