Expert Lead Business Reporting and Safe Business at Tribe Business Lending

We are seeking an experienced Expert Lead to join our Tribe Business Lending team at ING. As an Expert Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Data Analysts and Safe Business Officers to deliver high-quality insights and reports to Business Banking.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to bring our assets up to target.
- Proactively identify and deliver business opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Oversee and improve Tribe Business Lending SBO activities and knowledge.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap to maximize business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder management.
- 3+ years' experience in managing teams of specialists in their field.
- Extensive experience in data mapping, data migrations, and SBO fields such as PEARL, Compliance, IRM, and ORM.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop a vision and translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storyline.
