Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive spending analysis to identify potential savings opportunities and develop strategies to realize these savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement global category management strategies and drive process improvements.
- Lead and manage projects associated with efficiency gains, cost optimization, and vendor consolidation.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to optimize spend and drive business value.
- Monitor the effectiveness of procurement strategies and processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencies and savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance and/or Procurement.
- Excellent leadership skills and change management mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in project management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to solve complex business problems.
- Proficient in negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven with prompt decision-making capability.
