Be a Key Player in Coolblue's Success Story

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist Germany, you will play a crucial role in shaping Coolblue's purchasing strategy. Your expertise will help us negotiate with key account managers of well-known brands, driving our success and growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Negotiate with manufacturers to build long-term partnerships and close critical deals for Coolblue.
  • Establish and maintain supplier contacts, working closely with the Supply Chain Planner to develop short and long-term plans for Coolblue's sourcing in Germany.
  • Analyze sales reports and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Launch new campaigns in collaboration with your team, consisting of buyers, media consultants, product managers, and product editors.
  • Present your annual contract negotiations to an international team of buyer colleagues in the Netherlands, identifying meaningful synergies and learning opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (or German and Dutch).
  • A completed university education in business administration or economics.
  • 2-3 years of experience in category management, purchasing, or product management, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a winning mentality and a results-oriented approach.
  • A passion for data analysis and a talent for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
