Procurement Specialist Germany

Coolblue is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for negotiating with manufacturers, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, and analyzing sales reports and market data.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with manufacturers to build long-term partnerships and close critical deals for Coolblue.
- Establish and maintain supplier contacts, working together to make short and long-term plans for Coolblue's sourcing in Germany.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to break records with new, improved campaigns, working in collaboration with your team.
- Present annual contract negotiations to an international delegation.
- Work with buyer colleagues in the Netherlands to find meaningful synergies and learn from each other's experiences.
- Maintain product categories with your team, including brainstorming sessions, consultations, and celebrating successes.
- Fluency in German and English (or German and Dutch).
- A completed university education in business administration or economics.
- Experience in category management, purchasing, or product management, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-oriented and deal-making mindset.
- Ability to analyze data to consistently close better deals.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to the Rotterdam office (2-3 times per week).
- Over 30 training courses in our Coolblue University to help you grow professionally.
