Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives based on established KPIs.
- Participate in product demonstrations, seminars, roadshows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and build relationships with distributors and partners.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to sales management and R&D to inform our product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international accounts to expand our global presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and analytical technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with distributors and partners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
