Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to oversee our primary recruitment hub across the Netherlands, Nordics, Belgium, and Germany. The ideal candidate will possess multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Dutch or German.
Role Purpose
As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for building exceptional teams by identifying and attracting top talent globally. This role is vital in shaping the future of our organization, and you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team committed to excellence in hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to various business units by fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition service, from initial discussions to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and effective employer branding.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze talent pool data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Promote internal career opportunities to enhance employee mobility and engagement.
- Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and projects, optimizing programs such as the colleague referral scheme.
- Work closely with Colleague Resource Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Champion diversity in recruitment efforts, ensuring diverse candidate slates for hiring managers.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficient in various sourcing methods, including social media and internal mobility programs.
- Strong skills in interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Experience in utilizing data and analytics to drive recruitment insights and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and recruitment processes effectively.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with a focus on transformation.
- Proficient in Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
