Position Overview

We are seeking a new Talent Acquisition Business Partner to oversee our primary recruitment hub in the Netherlands, Nordics, Belgium, and Germany. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and either Dutch or German.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, fostering strong relationships with hiring teams and senior management.
  • Deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition service, from initial briefings to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
  • Develop robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and effective employer branding across various recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze talent pool data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Promote internal career opportunities to enhance mobility within the organization.
  • Engage in talent acquisition initiatives and projects, optimizing programs such as the colleague referral scheme.
  • Work with Colleague Resource Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with the company’s vision.
  • Champion diversity in recruitment, ensuring diverse candidate shortlists are presented to hiring managers.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience characterized by quality, efficiency, and strategic insight.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition within a dynamic global environment.
  • Proficient in various sourcing methods, including social media and internal mobility programs.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in utilizing data and analytics to deliver recruitment insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with a focus on transformation.
  • Expertise in collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet research.
