About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Application Manager to join our team at Schiphol Group. As a Functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing the application lifecycle of Planview, a portfolio, program, and project management tooling. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the system, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business value through effective application management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the application lifecycle of Planview, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the application meets their needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the application's performance, security, and usability.
  • Provide training and support to users on the application's features and functionality.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in application management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
