About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Functional Application Manager to join our team at Schiphol Group. As a Functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Planview system, which is used for portfolio, program, and project management.

About the Team

Our IT & Data team is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, including the Planview system. We have a team of over 950 colleagues who work together to provide the best possible experience for our passengers, customers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

As a Functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Proactive and frequent maintenance of your contacts with internal stakeholders, including users from various business areas.
  • Conscious execution of your work within the guidelines of IT security and Compliance.
  • Monitoring the connection of functional solutions to the underlying business needs, by constantly involving the user in the development process.
  • Creation of reports using Power BI or Report Builder, ensuring they are available to users in Planview.
  • Supporting incidents in Planview.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an Agile environment.
  • Experience as a Functional Application Manager and interest in PPM tooling.
  • Interest in dashboarding technology (e.g. PowerBI).
  • Team player mentality.
  • Clear communication style about technology.
