Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Team Talent Partner to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for leading Business Services Team FTE headcount planning, operating model, and talent management across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Services Team FTE headcount planning, operating model, and talent management, working closely with Finance to manage total BST headcount in the LAB system.

  • Manage year-end compensation and bonus process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Develop and implement effective talent structures to meet future business needs, ensuring consultation with staff and the business where required.

  • Oversee BST recruiting, aligning with the global TA function to deliver best possible talent deployment.

  • Chair the BST Development Committees for LAB, ensuring links to BST DCs in other parts of BCG for calibration.

  • Promote forward-looking career development processes and practices for staff, including line manager upskilling and succession or exit management.

  • Ensure communication and engagement with BST staff, working closely with global, regional, and specialty business HR teams to support BST EVP initiatives.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within BST to drive employee engagement and retention.

  • Line manage, coach, and develop a small team of BST talent professionals across LAB geos to execute responsibilities.


Requirements

  • Management experience across a range of HR functions.

  • 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience, including management experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.

  • HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add.

  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).


What You'll Work With

You will report into the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and have a visible senior leadership role within the People team.
