We are seeking a highly skilled Chapter Lead to join our Enterprise Data Assets Engineering team at ABN AMRO. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Reliability Engineers and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Your primary focus will be on mentoring your team members on technical craftsmanship, actively participating in knowledge sharing, and ensuring proper alignment with stakeholders. You will also work in a DevOps team, creating a good atmosphere for innovation, and be responsible for the HR processes to facilitate employee influx, development, performance, and outflux.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor team members on technical craftsmanship
- Participate in knowledge sharing and join triangles, circles, communities, and events
- Ensure proper alignment with stakeholders from IT and Business
- Work in a DevOps team and create a good atmosphere for innovation
- Manage HR processes for employee influx, development, performance, and outflux
- Experience with different Azure Services and platform Engineering
- Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying services with a focus on high availability and low latency
- Knowledge on monitoring and managing applications
- Knowledge on Tower Dashboard and operational KPIs
- Good understanding of patching, vulnerabilities, and security of applications
- Operational mindset and ability to ensure higher availability of applications and meet defined SLAs
- Comfortable with coaching people and good people skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
- Benefit Budget of 11% of salary for additional employment benefits
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with option to purchase additional four weeks
- Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year, accumulable up to €3,000
- Possibility to work from home in consultation with team and depending on position
- Annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands
