Chapter Lead CCM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chapter Lead to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of individuals working on designing communications with a market-leading commercial-off-the-shelf content management suite.
You will enhance the craftsmanship of your chapter members in designing modular communication templates that adhere to the bank's communication content strategy. You will stay up-to-date on the latest developments of the suite and mentor your team members in becoming experts.
We offer a hybrid working environment, which means you and your team can flexibly decide where and when you can work most comfortably and effectively.
About the TeamYou will be part of the Output Management team, which facilitates capabilities to communicate with the bank's customers. We deliver our services within all teams of ABN Amro and have contact with many Business Lines and IT teams.
We enable communication through various channels, such as paper, bankmail, email, SMS, and push notifications. Our goal is to create a paperless future.
About YouWe are looking for a leader with strong leadership and team management abilities. You should have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as a quick learning ability to adapt to a niche application in the CCM space.
You should also have experience in people and performance management, as well as the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others to continuously develop themselves.
