About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chapter Lead CCM to oversee a team of individuals working on designing communications with a market leading commercial-off-the-shelf content management suite. As a Chapter Lead, you will combine working as a CCM Engineer with your role as Lead, managing a team of experts in customer communication management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate yourself and others on the latest innovations in the field of CCM.
  • Mentor your Chapter members on technical craftsmanship.
  • Actively participate in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide realistic timelines.
  • Mentor your team, conduct interviews, and ensure new employees are properly onboarded.
  • Take care of HR processes to facilitate employee influx, development, performance, and outflux.
