Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, Working Capital Solutions Expert

At ING, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Working Capital Solutions team. This role will be responsible for the commercial performance of our WCS products, including Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade products and technologies, as well as experience in strategy consulting, commercial product management, and/or marketing and/or customer experience and/or product delivery/implementation. They will be responsible for optimizing the commercial performance of our product suite, formulating a long-term view on how we evolve our product proposition, and taking market developments into account.
The Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Trade, Sales, Client Services, and the Sector organization to ensure our products and services comply with regulations and policies. They will also be responsible for identifying the data relevant for monitoring product performance, running business cases, budget, etc.
We are looking for an entrepreneur who combines client focus with commercial and marketing power. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision on how to attract new customers, focus on continuously improving product performance, and take a global view on industry developments affecting our product.
The successful candidate will have a Master's or bachelor's degree, knowledge of Trade products and technologies, and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, commercial product management, and/or marketing and/or customer experience and/or product delivery/implementation. They will also have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
