About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager to join our Working Capital Solutions team in ING Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our WCS products, including Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive commercial growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and formulate a long-term view on product evolution.
  • Translate market developments into concrete requirements for product development and enhancements.
  • Formulate a view on how the organization will commercialize and deliver the enhanced product proposition.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and focus on continuously improving product performance.
  • Take a global view on industry developments affecting the product and advocate the strategic direction internally and externally.
  • Exploit technology to create differentiating customer, ecosystem, and employee experiences.
  • Participate in the global network, stimulating cross-border collaboration and alignment with all parties contributing to the success of the business product area.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Trade products and technologies, including receivables finance, supply chain finance, factoring, and risk distribution.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, commercial product management, and/or marketing and/or customer experience and/or product delivery/implementation.
  • Front office, mid office experience, and/or credit risk skills are a plus.
  • Customer Market Analysis.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Business Analysis & Insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
