Job Title: Sales Manager Texturants, Lecithin EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Lecithin and Texturants business in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, driving customer projects, and building a solid project pipeline for sustainable business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the EMEA market
  • Create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
  • Control all sales activities with existing and potential customers
  • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Monitor the market and identify market potential
  • Develop customer concepts in cooperation with commercial, technical service, and product development and application teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in any of the sciences, food science, and/or technology or business administration preferred
  • Experience in the B2B food ingredients business, customer-centric focused, and go-to-market skills with contacts into lecithin traditional industries
  • Profound knowledge on global Emulsifiers market, understanding of regional market landscape, dynamics, and S&D (Non GMO & GMO – fluid, de-oiled, specialties)
  • Ingredient background from Emulsifiers/Lecithin industry highly appreciated, scientific and technical understanding of emulsifiers beneficial
  • Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region (50%)
  • Strong English language skills mandatory, 2nd language beneficial (can be German, French, Dutch, or Spanish)
  • Independent and structured work
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under very dynamic environments
  • Team spirit, result-oriented, and strong communication skills
  • Strong customer, service orientation, and with "hunter" mentality
  • Ability to connect and work within international matrix organization
