Spektrum is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and drive business success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to manage complex programmes from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at our office in The Hague, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage time, cost, and quality of all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans in Service Now and ensure compliance with NCIA Directives and best practices.
  • Identify, plan, and allocate resources to meet project milestones and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Monitor and control project financial status using EBA (Enterprise Business Application) and execute project manager duties in NCIA-defined Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Sustain effective communications with stakeholders, including briefings and meeting organization.
  • Consider programme requirements as required.
  • Provide relevant inputs to various Agency reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised project management qualification, such as Prince2 Practitioner or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
  • Extensive experience in project management, particularly in the acquisition of complex communication and information systems.
  • Proactive attitude in seeking and maintaining trust from stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Experience in leading project boards and senior management escalation project boards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
