GIS Project Manager Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled GIS Project Manager Support Specialist to join our team at Vector Synergy. The successful candidate will provide support for the execution of portfolio/project support as well as Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) activities for the Geo Met Oc Application Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of portfolio/project support activities
- Provide configuration management support across the Geo Met Oc portfolio lifecycle
- Ensure quality through development and maintenance of Project plans in collaboration with Project Managers using EBA/Service Now
Requirements:
- A higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years' post-related experience;
- OR a secondary educational qualification with 5 years' post-related experience;
- Competency and experience in the application of a project management methodology such as PRINCE2 as well as project management techniques;
- Experience in maintaining MS Share Point workspace and portals;
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of NATO and NATO procedures;
- Good knowledge on the Information Technology Instruction Library (ITIL): Design, Strategy, Transition, Operations, Continual Improvement;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
