Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Support Specialist - GIS to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects across the GeoMetOc portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) of GeoMetOc Lab items, ensuring accurate documentation and quality reviews.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project plans using EBA/ServiceNow, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct trend analysis and performance forecasting to support project decision-making, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize ERP systems for project and financial management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in documentation and reporting tasks, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:
  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years of post-related experience.
  • Competence in applying Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Project Management techniques.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint workspaces and portals, as well as ERP Financial Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Familiarity with principles of accounting and finance, ensuring accurate financial management.
