**About the Role**


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our Aviation Team at Royal HaskoningDHV. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and excellent client service.


**Responsibilities**



  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including booking travel, arranging meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of project documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging venues, catering, and logistics
  • Manage project-related databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and schedules
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
