As an Aviation Support Specialist, you will provide administrative, secretarial, and project support tasks for the advisory group, working closely with colleagues in the Airport Asset Design team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting project teams for clients, including booking tickets, hotel arrangements, and visa applications;
- Assisting new joiners with onboarding procedures, company systems, and policies;
- Registering and receiving visitors, as well as being the first point of contact for internal and external parties;
- Managing appointments, meetings, and events for assigned managers and teams;
- Ensuring consistent document quality, editing texts, and maintaining house style and formats;
- Collaborating with colleagues to prepare documents, monitor deadlines, and ensure completeness checks;
- Carrying out project-supporting and coordinating tasks, prioritizing effectively;
- Providing support with software applications and business processes;
- Processing purchase orders in administrative management systems;
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should have a relevant background or affinity for a secretarial/supportive role, fluency in English (with Dutch language proficiency being an asset), and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
The ideal candidate will be available to work 32 hours or more per week and be willing to learn about digital applications and tools.
Royal HaskoningDHV offers a competitive salary between €20,520 and €31,850 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 28 vacation days, extra paid leave options, and opportunities for professional development.
