About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Technical Radar Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality, precision-mechanical radars that contribute to a safer world for people and animals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of comparable work experience, completed a Mechatronics course, or a technical course with mechatronics as a specialization, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will work independently but never alone, occasionally monitoring junior technicians and guiding them where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assemble complex and high-tech radars every day by screwing them together, connecting various electronic components, soldering, and making sub-assemblies;
  • You will create work descriptions and test plans based on diagrams and layouts and convert electrical diagrams into sleek products;
  • You will ensure that our radars are very tightly constructed, both electronically and mechanically;
  • You will install the correct software on the laptop or server that comes with the radar;
  • You will help test the radar, working both in the office and at special test locations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An MBO 4 working and thinking level;
  • Experience in using measuring equipment to detect errors in electronic systems;
  • Superb handy skills, passion for your profession, and enjoyment working with technology in your spare time;
  • A structured approach to work, recording important details to avoid surprises.
