Ensuring Operational Excellence

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Robin Radar Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain our highest standards of operational excellence. By being part of the Procurement team, you will collaborate closely with our suppliers to drive resolutions and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze QA data related to operations using Pareto analysis to identify top priorities and ensure timely resolution.

• Manage and resolve quarantined items efficiently through the quarantine process.

• Participate in quality meetings with suppliers to drive resolutions and continuous improvements.

• Conduct incoming quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

• Define and request necessary quality test reports from suppliers to support quality assurance efforts.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Provide support and guidance to improve overall quality assurance processes and practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role.

• Proven experience in analyzing QA data and driving resolutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with both suppliers and internal teams.

• Fluent in English.
