We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oral Care Consultant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our oral care team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with dental professionals, driving recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio, and providing input on developments in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit dental offices to build relationships with dental professionals and drive recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio.
- Manage a team of Oral Care Consultants, coordinating tasks and providing feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
- Act as a spokesperson for colleagues in the office, providing input on developments in the field and working closely with the internal scientific department and professional marketing department.
- Attend conferences, symposia, and other events to provide technical product information and maintain relationships with dental professionals.
- Update customer data in our CRM system and enthusiastically engage dental practices and hygienist practices on our webshop.
- Dutch and English speaking, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proven track record of performance working in-field or field service experience with healthcare professionals, preferably in dentistry or pharmacy.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Great people leader who is also able to work independently and inspire others.
