About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oral Care Consultant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Senior Oral Care Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with dental professionals, driving recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio, and providing input on developments in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a set number of visits to dental offices with a focus on the province of Gelderland
  • Maintain relationships, encourage endorsement of our product portfolio among dental professionals that translates into active recommendations for patients
  • Education of (future) dental professionals about specific oral care indications and the benefits of our product formulas for elmex, meridol and Colgate Duraphat
  • Attend and provide support during conferences, symposia, regional meetings and other events where technical product information is also conveyed
  • Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system in which visits, track key points of the conversation and any feedback about our products are summarized
  • Enthusiastically engage dental practices and dental hygienist practices on our webshop where samples and other supporting material can be ordered

Requirements

  • An optimist in action: Dutch and English speaking. Hands-on "can do" approach, with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • A proven track record of performance working in-field or field service experience with healthcare professionals. Experience in dentistry or pharmacy is a clear plus
  • Strong communicator (both verbal and written) and persuasive skills both in 1:1 and in larger group setting with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts such as medical and scientific data to clients
  • Great people leader who is also able to work independently and inspire others
