Job Summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking an experienced Senior Oral Care Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our oral care team, you will be responsible for driving recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio among dental professionals.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the oral care industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Visit dental offices to build relationships with dental professionals and encourage endorsement of our product portfolio.
  • Maintain relationships with dental professionals and provide education on our product formulas.
  • Attend conferences and events to provide technical product information and support.
  • Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system.
  • Engage with dental practices and dental hygienist practices on our webshop.

Requirements

  • Dutch and English speaking with a proven track record of performance working in-field or field service experience.
  • Strong communicator and persuasive skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts.
  • Great people leader who is also able to work independently and inspire others.
